Return Policy

  • All returns must be approved by AshaInternationalinc
  • All Return requests for damaged items are to be submitted within 7 days of receipt to sales@ashainternationalinc.com and must be approved.
  • 20% restocking fee will be applied to every return that is non-damaged.
  • All return and damage claims must include the following information: Sales ID, Boutique Name, Style Number, Color, Quantity, and Sizes along with PICTURES if items are damaged. Not providing proper information will cause delays.
  • If merchandise was incorrectly sent and it is requested to be exchanged, a return label will be emailed to the customer upon notification. Product must be sent in its original packaging failure to do so will result in credit or refund being denied.
  • We DO NOT authorize returns based on “Fitting issues” as a manufacturer defect or those associated with you “not remembering” your order. Please double check your order and make sure all styles, colors, and quantities on the order are correct. If you see any mistakes on your order please submit corrections within 5 days of the last date of the show.
  • All sales are not subject to a refund. Damaged merchandise or items sent incorrectly will be exchanged or given store credit.
  • In cases of non-damage returns caused by internal error AshaInternationalinc will cover the cost for return shipping; otherwise the customer will pay for the return shipping.
  • Any claims for damages are subject to investigations. A process that can take up to 72 hours.
  • There are no refunds or store credits on claims submitted 7 days after delivery date.
